Therapy for Women at a Turning Point
Heal from the past and reclaim your confidence in this new chapter.

You don’t have to keep holding it all together on the outside while feeling broken on the inside.
If this feels familiar, you might be:
- In the middle of a divorce or relationship breakup
- Struggling with the weight of old trauma or painful patterns
- Questioning who you are and what comes next
Many of my clients are high-functioning women in their 20s to early 40s. They’ve often tried therapy before but still feel stuck. When they find this space, they often tell me, “This is the work I’ve been looking for.” My role is to help you finally find the clarity, healing, and confidence you’ve been searching for.
EMDR Therapy
Process painful memories, calm emotional triggers, and feel more at peace in your daily life.
Trauma Therapy
Heal from unresolved trauma so you can feel safe, empowered, and more connected to yourself.
Somatic Therapy
Release the stress and tension your body has been holding and feel more present, alive, and at home in yourself.
Hi, I'm Ellise.
You may look strong and capable on the outside, but inside, you feel lost, uncertain, and disconnected from who you really are.
Many of the women I work with are navigating divorce, heartbreak, or the weight of early childhood trauma. They are high-functioning, but beneath the surface, they are exhausted and searching for a sense of clarity and stability.
I understand those feelings on a personal level. My own life has included seasons of transition, loss, and self-discovery, and those experiences continue to shape the way I show up as a therapist.
Clients often tell me they have worked with other therapists before, but the work we do together feels different. In our sessions, we go beneath the surface, uncover the patterns that hold you back, and reconnect you with your strength and sense of self.
I believe in supporting the whole person—body, mind, and environment. My goal is to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity, helping you create lasting change that allows you to feel more grounded, balanced, and at home within yourself.
