Hi, I'm Ellise.

As a trauma therapist, my path into this work has been shaped not only by clinical training but by personal experience. I’ve navigated my own difficult transitions—whether in relationships, identity, or shifting life environments—and have leaned into the same modalities I now offer my clients. I know what it means to feel overwhelmed, ungrounded, or uncertain. And I know the profound power of finding tools that bring you back to yourself. My work is deeply rooted in the belief that healing is not just possible—it’s transformative. I specialize in somatic therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), integrating these evidence-based approaches to support clients in reconnecting with their bodies, rewriting painful narratives, and building emotional resilience.

In recent years, my practice has expanded to include integrative medicine and nutrition for mental well-being. I believe in addressing the whole person—body, mind, and environment—because healing is rarely one-dimensional. Whether we’re working through past trauma, managing chronic stress, or seeking more balance and vitality, my goal is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and real-world strategies that foster lasting change.
