You’re often the one who figures it out, follows through, and keeps things moving. People count on you—and you care about showing up.
But being capable can make it easy to overlook what carrying so much is costing you.
Maybe you finish the workday and your mind keeps working. Maybe small requests feel overwhelming because there is already so much underneath them. Or maybe you know you need a boundary, but the guilt starts before you even say anything.
At EDM Counseling and Wellness, I’m developing small, guided, experiential cohorts for women who recognize these patterns and want space to practice something different.
Together, we’ll explore how to notice your needs, respond when pressure builds, and make room for yourself in your decisions and relationships.
Find more focus at work. Feel more present in your life.
For the woman who closes her laptop but finds her mind still working. Practice stepping out of autopilot, recognizing when you override your needs, and returning to what is happening here
and now.
Understand what drains you. Respond to pressure with more choice.
For the woman who keeps pushing through until even one more thing feels like too much. Learn to recognize emotional overload earlier, understand your stress responses, and practice responding with greater awareness of your capacity.
Be clear about your limits. Make room for what matters.
For the woman whose time and energy are often spoken for before she checks in with herself. Explore where you overcommit, practice communicating your availability, and work through the discomfort of changing familiar expectations.
Notice what is happening and what you need. Practice responding when emotions and pressure build. Bring that awareness into your choices, communication, and limits.
Across these cohorts, we’ll make room for understanding and experience: guided practices, reflection, conversation, and opportunities to try a different response.
My approach brings a trauma-informed perspective to the patterns we explore, with curiosity about how they developed and space to consider whether they still serve you.

Help shape what comes next
The cohorts are currently in development. Share which one speaks to you and what schedule would fit your life. You can also choose to receive updates when dates, pricing, and enrollment details are available.
Joining the interest list does not commit you to participating or reserve a place.
