You close your laptop, but your mind keeps working.
You’re having a conversation while mentally preparing for tomorrow. Taking a break while reviewing everything you haven’t finished. Moving through your day so efficiently that you barely notice how you feel until you’re exhausted.
You may know you need a pause. Making room for one can feel surprisingly difficult.
Presence for the High Achiever is a guided, experiential cohort for high-achieving women who want to step out of autopilot and feel more connected to their lives.
Sometimes overriding your needs looks ordinary: answering one more email, agreeing before checking your availability, or telling yourself you can rest once everything is done.
Over time, those moments can leave little room to notice what you need—or to act on it.
In this cohort, we’ll use mindfulness, reflection, and guided practice to explore those moments with curiosity. You’ll have opportunities to notice where your attention goes, recognize what is happening within you, and practice choosing your next step more intentionally.

We’ll explore noticing thoughts, emotions, and body cues; recognizing the pull to rush or push through; and returning your attention to the moment you’re in.
We’ll also make room for a gentler response when you catch yourself drifting, criticizing, or overriding a need. Presence is something you can return to, again and again.

More opportunities to recognize:
You can care about your goals and have room to experience the life around them.
